Every piece produced by this studio is hand-crafted to order by a single artisan. Because demand exceeds production capacity, strict operational guidelines are enforced to maintain studio focus and ensure uncompromised quality.

Production & Dispatch Lead Times

 Standard Dispatch: All orders carry a lead time of 5 business days (7 calendar days) before dispatch. This is the time from which you place your order to the time your order is handed over to the postal or courier service you chose.

 Made-to-Order Standard: While select raw shafts are pre-prepped, finished pieces are crafted sequentially. Requests to expedite production or leap the queue strictly will not be accommodated, with no exceptions to this policy.

 Ships-By Date: Your order confirmation includes an official "Ships-By" date. Orders will be dispatched on or before this date once your order is completed and ready to ship.

Transit & Courier Responsibility

Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit times are governed strictly by the postal or courier service you select at checkout. The delivery estimates shown are generated based on the carrier’s schedule at the time of shipping and may change based on real-time delivery conditions.

 Tracking Data: Your provided tracking number is the real-time authority on your package's location. Neither the shop nor the Shopmistress possesses additional internal tracking data beyond what is reflected in the carrier portal.

 International Shipments: International transit is subject to customs clearances, local postal delays, and import processing. These factors lie entirely outside our jurisdiction and control and will affect the delivery date initially displayed at checkout.

 Shipping Status Inquiries: Messages asking for status updates prior to the official "Ships-By" date will not receive a response, as administrative bandwidth is reserved exclusively for crafting.

Terms of Purchase

By placing an order, you agree to these dispatch timelines and communication boundaries. Orders placed by buyers requesting exceptions to posted lead times or displaying abusive behavior will be canceled and refunded at the sole discretion of the Head Shopmistress. Please read and comprehend the terms of shipping and delivery prior to placing your order to avoid any misunderstandings or false assumptions.
